Well, in Jagex's newsletter it says 'Dear Player', they don't send the e-mail to all of the players.
It certainly should say 'Dear + yourName+'.
Some feeling says this is fake.

The reason I never added Rk news and bulletin news is because Rune-Server has it.
I tried tried keeping something unique, but now I see things have changed.
