Your basically asking for rep. 
I'll be honest with you, it's not very easy to make banners and signitures but if you would like to learn, get
photoshop cs4 and use youtube to help you out. I've made signitures and other thigs back in the day and I really enjoyed it.
You don't know anything about it probably.. I don't use tutorials I use CS4. And there easy, it's just putting some text on a render or brush then using a style.EDIT- i thought you said It's very easy, when you said it's Not very easy. I apologize, thanks for cleaning up forums.
