Actually, It was a small thing when you DCED in the wild before you teleported you could attack outside of wild, as i saw this post on RSBuddy, but nobody got "Killed" If you're on RSBuddy Forums, search around on the Runescape thread, as I'm sure it'd be lingering around there.
