Advice
#1). Try learning Japenese on your own time that way you do not look stupid for failing your favorite class, try rosette stone or maybe try paying more attention
#2). It's basic girl logic, You like her? yes, she would not have slapped you unless she likes you back. Ask her out, and hope her over jealous personality is not a problem in the future.
