I need a team for Project Life

What i need:
coders
GFX designers
3D art designers
Global Moderators
Global Administrators
........

This is for Project Life..,
Project Life is a group of staff who want to code server for the rest of the people who want clients

requirement:
proof that you know what your doing
how many years you have done that
and so on
