Help me with my server

Hey guys, I am in need of some money so that I can get a epic coder who can make my server AMAZING. BELOW you will find Some links THAT THE ITEM DOWNLOADED IS NOTHING.

The way I get money from you downloading it is because you have to do a short survey for you to unlock the download. So I am asking you to please complete 1 survey which I get roughly $0.30 per survey which in the long run adds up.
 If you do a survey I will in return give you a Reputation point.

You're better off asking for server donations, honestly. This is going to be a VERY slow way to make money.

I have and no one is willing to send me money in paypal, so this way I am making money and you are not spending your own money
