Shoutbox Added

We now have an official shoutbox on the homepage...


The chatbox got glitched or something, well, people never used as it didn't load for them.
so I implemented a shoutbox to the homepage, untill I work out how to add it to the forum, (If jaekob or Moe reads this can you add it to the forum)

I can see It. Shoutbox is nice if you're a mobile user.

I like the new shoutbox better than the chatbox any day.
Chatbox doesnt show all the messages/posts posted on it but, the shoutbox does, useful sometimes.
