Added board: Forum general discussion.

Added sections: Forum Games, Appeal Ban, RS Events.

Spam and Community polls moved to FGD.

New redirect to our new affiliate: EasyGP Runescape market, please check them out!

I added a Chatbox & Forum bans to the Appeal section, will add Format for those later.
