That is extreamly simple. What you are missing is 1 of several things.. If you have teamviewer I can easily fix your problem in under 10 minutes.

&

If you have port forwarded correctly and such then your forgetting to add the server ip into the client.java of both server and client files.

Re: rsps problem

There are a couple of thing you need to things you need to troubleshoot are for example:
your ip for you to connect and no one else; goto either client.java, launch.java, Applet_Sub1.java, GUI.java check though them and change your ip to 127.0.0.1 or change to your no-ip for other people to connect to you hope this helped.

I would make sure you are using no-ip, and you must have the no-ip open (DUC30)

You can use other program's for a no-ip but, no-ip.com is mostly the best.

1. Make sure you have No-Ip DUC open at ALL times when hosting.

2. Run your server.

3. Then open UTorrent, or any other Torrent program.
Change the Port to your Server Port - Default; 43594

UTorrent

Run UTorrent, then go to:

Options > Prefrences > Connection .

On top you see Listening Port .

Change that to your Server Port. Default; Like I said above, 43594.

No-ip
is bad, it's better if you just put you're own ip.

This is easier.. but far less safe..
The second you ban a someone, they'll get mad and DDoS your IP address..

No-Ip isn't a must, it's optional.
However, as said, there could be multiple things wrong.
Your firewall is blocking your ports
You haven't portforwarded correctly
Etc..
