New donation updates, and private message restrictions.

We've added new donation benefits and new things to donate for, check them out by clicking me.

I've also added Private Message restrictions, so members can only have up to 20 stored PMs in their PM box at a time. Pernix, Virtus, and Torva members can store 30. Donators and VIP's have increased PM space.

Sorry about this update guys, but we need to make donating more appealing so we can get the money to upgrade to SMFPRO, then we can really get rolling.
