Board changes, toplist removal.

First of all removed the toplist becuse I think they're over-rated, and I'm not even good with Toplist's yet.

Perhaps in the future, I'll re-add it, but for now it's gone because I think this forum is more about the community than the toplist, and if people want to advertise it can go in the 'Advertisement' section.

Secondly, I moved all topics from N&A to here. Why?

I changed the name of it to RK News, each sunday or money me and Ferp will take turns posting everything that has happened through the week, all changes, staff promotions/Demotions, and all stuff like that.

Any minor tweaks, board changes, staff changes will go here, and will be announced each week in the RK News section.

Heres how the title of the RK News section will look like: As seen in the board: [Date] RK News

It's Ferp's turn to do it tonight or tommorow.

Who knows, maybe we will do a live webshow (A commentary video with me and Ferp on Skype)

Also Mods can do it if they ask me and Ferp first and we both agree (The weekly news)
